In return Blizzard gives special accesses to these media outlets including alpha/beta keys/opt/ins/accesses etc. There are big media outlets all over the World that have business deals with Blizzard.It's always been this way, it will always be.

You don't get alpha/beta accesses from "just" Blizzard opt-ins in any of Blizzard games.

There's not even an alpha soon, so naturally there are no keys as of this moment.
